REFLECTION
What have l learnt in this module?
In the Design Principles course I learned a lot about the block distinctions in design, such as symmetry and asymmetry balance color theory and emphasis and so on. Draw core inspiration and experience from these sections, and use them in your own design, create your own design posters, give play to your imagination and hands-on ability, and combine with the United Nations Sustainable Development to call on everyone to work together to strengthen Marine protection.
What did l enjoy the most?
In design, I feel that design is a creative process with creative expression, which can satisfy our aesthetic sense and make us feel satisfied and proud when we create pleasing design works. It can also influence others and in future team cooperation, whether it is creative expression, problem solving or interaction with customers, it is the growth of our learning.
What did l not enjoy the most?
When looking for reference materials, there are some works that I like very much, but it is really difficult to find the source of the works on the Internet, and some works have to give up looking for other similar works, and when there is a bottleneck period of work, the works do not know how to express their inner thoughts.
What have l learnt about myself through this module?
In the completion of the homework to conceive in advance of their own work to have enough ideas, you can first in the draft idea, to have their own ideas to drive. Listen to the suggestions of teachers and classmates, and make more changes to find new ideas.
In the process of communication, we should be aware of our shortcomings and correct them in time.
What has changed and what has not in my learning journey?
During the learning process, I am more willing to explore and learn, get to know the knowledge that I have never mastered before, know more design styles and interesting designer works, and improve my appreciation of works. What needs to be improved is the timeliness of the finished work.
What could be improved in this module?
To collect more information, you need to read a lot of literature and expand your reading interest. It can strengthen the communication and cooperation between teachers and students, and also increase more field study experiences and opportunities to promote our sense of close contact learning experience.
